• Install your chosen template (one you've purchased or found free)
• Develop the number of pages you require
• WordPress or Joomla!
• Only very basic SEO (e.g. page title; description; H1 tag; canonical URL)
• Page copy written only if provided
• Create back ups for site and database upon completion
• 40 hours of time total

In today's market, it can be quite expensive to have a custom designed template (that's what makes the "overall look" of your site - colors; how things are arranged on the page; etc.). I recommend you use a free or paid template that is compatible with the version of your Content Management System (Joomla! or WordPress). Developing only a custom template can be 30 hours.

If you have the text prepared for all your pages, that will be added into the appropriate pages as per your instructions. A developer "could" write the text for you, but you know your business much better than a developer, and you are more passionate about your product. Therefore, you will always write better content then someone working on your site.

Whatever changes you wish to make to the template are also included. I will advise you if changes you desire will require extra time. If it's something simple, it's included.
